I am Mariann Godor,

a corporate wellbeing trainer, facilitator and coach.

My background is in health and medical psychology, general psychology and business economics.

I design and deliver holistic wellbeing sessions to teams and organisations that operate in high-stress environments.

I teach tools and techniques based on
cutting-edge research in performance, resilience, happiness and wellbeing.

My wellbeing sessions are available online worldwide and in person in Europe.

All Wellbeing Training sessions focus on holistic wellbeing, incorporate elements of positive psychology, emphasise micro-resilience skills, and take a stress-as-edge approach to boost your employees' vitality.

Wellbeing is a fundamental human right.

It empowers us to live with vitality, purpose and clarity to pursue our passions, use our creativity, build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact. It is the bedrock upon which we build our personal lives and the wellbeing of our families, communities and the world at large.

Genuine success and enjoyable, sustainable performance are the byproducts of increased wellbeing.

Positive emotions, calm thoughts, resilience, inner peace, work-life balance, a sense of purpose, a healthy and energetic body and fulfilling connections are not the outcomes of success but its prerequisites.

Looking after our wellbeing is challenging today.

Many have fast-paced lifestyles, and the demands of work, family, and social expectations can create high stress levels. The current era also confronts us with information overload, rising living costs, political and social uncertainty, and an epidemic of loneliness and burnout.

Companies that invest in employee wellbeing are paving the way towards a brighter, more compassionate future of work,

where individuals are not just corporate assets but valued members of the tribe. This commitment fosters a culture of engagement, productivity, job satisfaction and sustainable success for the company and its dedicated workforce.
